The staff was amazing, always helpful and kind. The room was clean and tidy, with daily cleaning service. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main old city attractions and close to the train station. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of options including olives, cheeses, and vegetarian choices.

Everything was spot on.

The staff, especially Deniz, Ruslan, and Mustafa, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, from providing umbrellas to giving great advice on what to see in the city. The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful streets surrounding it and all the attractions within close proximity. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants nearby serving delicious traditional food.

The rooms were a bit smaller than expected, and the beds could be more comfortable. Also, it would have been nice if all the staff could speak English fluently.

Located close to the metro, this hotel is the perfect base for exploring the city's tourist attractions. Situated just a block away from the metro station, it offers easy access to all the major sights and the center of the city. The rooms are sparkling clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests or provide useful information about the city. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options to start the day off right.

the staff, especially Kilich on reception, were incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any queries or requests. They even helped me plan my sightseeing routes, which was a huge help. the hotel's location was also perfect, with all the major attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Ayasofya, and the grand bazaar just a short 10-minute walk away. It made exploring the city so much easier and more convenient.

One aspect that I disliked was the size of the room. It was a bit smaller than expected, but after a day or so, I got used to it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was absolutely perfect! It was right in the heart of the old city center, with easy access to the Ghulane tram stop and within walking distance of many popular tourist sites. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were so respectful, kind, and professional, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with three single beds which was great for my group. Despite the window facing a small tunnel and lacking fresh air, I still enjoyed the view it offered.

All was just fine, no complaints whatsoever!
